What is "Informative Art" ?
Informative Art is an educational image with a focus on art. Each element of the picture serves a purpose and is there for a specific reason. The image also features blocks of text overlayed.
Imagine this...
Imagine a large mixed-use building..maybe the type of building that would be on the campus of a large university. It features a large lecture hall, offices, a technology lab, a fine arts studio, a manufacturing lab, and so on.. And imagine every room is being utilized to build out the ByWassies project.
Now imagine an individual being given a tour of the building, the tour would stop at each room, open the door and the tour guide would give a description of the room. The visitor would be able to look into the room and learn by what they see.
Image One
The tour would start on the ground-floor at the Wassie Emporium. This would be the visitor's first view of the Wassies. The tour guide would encourage the visitor to order coffee from the award-winning barista staff and to look around the shop while they wait for their beverage to be made. (Key aspects of the image would be Wassies on the wall, the wooden boat filled with merch, etc)
"Welcome to the Wassie Emporium! The Emporium is a cafe and a showcase to the ByWassies project. ByWassies is a global art project and community built around the artwork of these penguin-like characters. If you would like to learn more about the various aspects of ByWassies, please join us for a tour."
Image Two
Upon leaving the Emporium, the tour would proceed to a large room, with vaulted ceilings and an elevator. Next to the elevator is a directory/table of contents. Above the elevator, on the large wall would be framed pictures of the CC0 Wassies.
"Here you can see the collection of 100 CC0 Wassies. The art and intellectual property of these Wassies are in the public domain and are freely available for artistic and creative ventures. The building you see here is the dedicated home of the community and all those involed in the ByWassies project."
- Community Hall (Discord) and Offices (Core-Team/Grants/etc)
- Technology Lab (3D Wassies and Wassie Games)
- Fine Arts Studio (Boutique, Memes, etc)
- Video/Audio Recording Studios (Content creation)
- Textiles and Merchandise
- Wassie Museum (History of Variable Traits and Rarity)
- Members-Only Lounge (for NFT owners)
Image Three
The elevator doors open up to the first floor. Three doors can seen in the hallway, they are labeled "Discord Hall" "Core Team" and "Grants"
"Here you see the gathering spaces and offices. First you have the Discord Hall, this is the largest gathering room and is the main place for current info and community events. Next to that is the offices of the Core Team, this is where the legal, financial, and large projects such as the Emporium are managed. Lastly is the Grants Room, this office oversees the $1Million fund that has been opened for community projects."
Image Four
The elevators open up to the second floor, it opens directly into a large lab filled with computers, work stations, and whiteboards.
"Here you see the technology lab. Current projects include 3D-Wassies and Wassie Games. 3D-Wassies will be given to the holder of every Wassie NFT and can be used across a variety of apps, games, and platforms. Current games being developed include a video game available soon on Steam; and Wassiemon a card-based battle game."
Early mock-up of Image Four

(Please pay little attention to aesthetics, as I do not have photoshop skillset...This is meant to visualize the concept, I would hope for artist support in enriching the style/environment)
Additional elements not pictured include: Wassiemon cards strewn about the large table, perhaps two Wassies are playing against each other. Next to the 3D-Model whiteboard would be a series of printed images, pinned to the wall, featuring 3D-Wassie headshots in various poses/expressions. Maybe a Wassie is sitting at the computer in the Wassie Games area and is gaming with a headset on.. etc.. etc..
Final version will feature more detailed information on the whiteboards and chalkboards, as well as a more detailed blurb from the tour guide.
Conclusion
This series of Informative Art will cover all the information presented on LearnByWassies.com while using images to drastically decrease the word count and increase understanding.
Following the tour of the community facilities, the tour would move to a different building. This building would be home to all the Ethereum related content and education and would walk visitors through key aspects including NFT mints, Ethereum ledger, wallets, etc.
